What's new at PowerNouse Pilates.

  • Saturday 14th August 2010 - GRAND RE-OPENING - FREE CLASSES & DEMONSTRATIONS ALL DAY 8am-2pm

    We are very excited to showcase what our new studio is all about. Come join us in a fun and relaxed day of classes, demonstrations and short lectures on Pilates & Rehabilitive teachniques. Schedule now available.
    Take a tour, listen to a short lecture, take a short class or even 20 minutes privates session. Try something you've never done before - FREE.
    Don't forget our celebration cocktail party from 2pm-4pm - all welcome.

  • Power Plate - Experience the Power of Vibration Training

    PowerNouse is very excited to add Vibration Training, with two state of the art Power Plates. It is a very efficient form or exercise with only 30 minutes needed. Call reception to book in for your first session. Click here for further information.

     

  • August 2010 - Vanessa Malone new onsite Osteopath

    Starting in August, Vanessa Malone who has been teaching Pilates at PowerNouse for the last 2 years, will be joing our new Rehab Centre as our resident Osteopath. Vanessa has over 20 year experience as an Osteopath and has her clinic on the northern beaches for the last years. We are very excited to have her on board. Vanessa will be available on Tuesday and Friday mornings.

     

  • August 2010 - Sydney Health and Fertility new onsite Naturopath

    PowerNouse Pilates is excited to open the second clinic for Sydney Health & Fertility naturopathy clinic. Sydney Health & Fertility is an holistic clinic that provides general health and fertility-related services. The clinic is dedicated to reproductive health & wellbeing and as a result treats many babies and children! Click here for further information.
