Massage

Massage not only helps relax the body, it can also help in the reduction of stress and injury rehabilitation. Let us make you feel great with any of the following techniques of massage:

• Swedish
• Remedial
• Sports
• Reiki

Each massage is tailored to your needs and can be a combination of any of the above. The length of the session is determined by you and can be either 30,60, 90 or 120 minutes in length.

REIKI: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.

Victoria Sartor is available for 1 hour Reiki sessions on Thursday nights 6.30pm-8.30pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm.  Victoria will also be giving FREE 15minute Reiki sessions on Open Day.

 

Beauty Therapy

For the past 15 years Nicole Atkins has successfully managed and developing a fine reputation for superior service and treatments, coupled with an intimate and personalised approach to Beauty Therapy.

Nicole offers a wide range of deluxe treatments including relaxation massage, facials and face/skin consultation, as well as general beauty treatments of waxing, tinting, manicures and pedicures.

Salon hours are:

Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays:  2pm – 8pm
Fridays:  11am-7pm
Saturdays:  9am – 2pm

GYROTONIC®
